Café Calibre began with a simple idea — create a place where great food and exceptional coffee bring people together.

What started in Dulwich Hill in 2020 has grown into a brand built around quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. From our kitchens to our coffee, everything we do focuses on flavour, craftsmanship, and creating spaces where people feel welcome.

Today Café Calibre operates in Dulwich Hill and Macquarie Park, serving a community of regulars who come for their morning coffee, weekend brunch, and everything in between.

For us, Café Calibre has always been about more than just coffee or meals — it's about creating places people enjoy returning to.
