Discover Our Story

Café Calibre opened in Dulwich Hill in 2020, founded by brothers-in-law Messi and Sam with a simple idea in mind. Create a café that serves great coffee, honest food, and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Our menu is built around specialty coffee and freshly prepared food, served from morning through to lunch. Everything is made with care, using quality ingredients and a focus on flavour rather than fuss.

More than anything, Café Calibre is about people. We want every guest to feel comfortable, looked after, and happy to come back. That’s what drives us every day.

Our menu runs across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, using fresh ingredients and flavours that are simple, familiar, and well made. Whether you’re after something quick or sitting down for a proper meal, we keep things honest and done right.
